The My Profile Page fundraising platform is owned and operated BLC. We recognise that your privacy is of paramount importance and that you have a right to control your personal information. This Privacy Statement describes BLC's current policies and practices regarding personal information collected through the My Profile Page fundraising platform, the "Site":

    The Site is owned and operated by BLC International Pty Ltd trading as Australian School & Club Fundraising Specialists.

    BLC collects personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, child's name, child's school name and classroom. BLC also collects anonymous information, which is not unique to you, such as your interests and favourites. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by BLC. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Website addresses. This information is used by BLC for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.

  4. Use of personal information
    BLC collects and uses your personal information to operate and improve the Site and deliver the services you have requested. BLC does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. BLC will share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, make online fundraising donations, send emails, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to BLC, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.     The Site uses "cookies" to help you personalise your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server.     We leverage various third-party sub processors to provide a range of business functions and operate our suite of products. Before engaging any third party subprocess, we always enter an agreement that requires each subprocess to maintain the minimum acceptable security practices.

  8. Erasure of Personal Data
    The data subject shall have the right to obtain from BLC the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and BLC shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay. To have your personal data removed from the My Profile Page, please contact our office between business hours on 1300 133 022 or via email at [email protected]. We will endeavour to respond promptly and, in any event, to request the personally identifying data you request to be erased.

  9. Change of this statement
    BLC will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect company and customer feedback. BLC encourages you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how BLC is protecting your information.
